This evaluation is from a series of nine programs which I presented
to several hundred Avon Products' headquarters personnel in New York City.
The individuals attending were vice presidents, managers and administrative staff.

Feedback from participants requested both more time for training and the opportunity to attend more advanced training to build on what they had learned at the first level. Avon contracted for a number of additional training presentations.
